Updated technology with chiropractic drop table, where a segment is fastened in a raised position, so that when doctor applies thrust, the table releases and patient's body continues past the point of rest. Also receiving localized impacts from an activator adjusting instrument, rather than manual spinal adjustments. Loosening up lower back muscles from sitting at the computer too much last month.
