Hand pump fire engine @HaywardAreaHist made circa 1825, used in San Francisco 1849-1870, and then in Hayward until the mid-1880s. Part of the collection of local history, including an exhibit on internment of Japanese Americans in WWII, and the subsequent return of their property. Encountered museum sign downtown, after the GPS decided that I should leave the freeway and drive city streets.
