Relieved excess yang through acupuncture treatment, 20 minutes lying on my stomach. Practitioner put needles in back with electro-stimulation as I've had before, plus point in ankles, lower calves, neck and back of head. Vision is now clearer, weight in shoulders lifted, backache relieved. Prescribed Liu Wei Di Huang Wan (6 gentleman formulation), not given herbs to boil at home.
