Christmas decorations on building and street median with warmer temperature, as snow has melted to leave the street bare. First bike ride for a few weeks in mid-afternoon, before the early December sunset. Vendors on the north side selling evergreen trees outside, while Monday is officially a rest day for shopkeepers. (St. Lawrence Market, Front Street East, Toronto, Ontario) 20211213 - St. Lawrence Market
Shopping for good bread and liverwurst on a late Friday afternoon with outdoor temperature above freezing. Bakeries mostly depleted, packaged for end of day. Eastern European meat store on lower floor. Bike route is flatter going west-east than climbing up the hill northbound to Danforth Greektown. (St. Lawrence Market, Toronto) 20160108 - St. Lawrence Market South
Volunteers @SLNASpeaks ReMarket sorting donations on the left, Free Market on the right open Wednesday to 7pm. Thursday Repair Cafe 11am-3pm. (St. Lawrence Market, South Building, Toronto, Ontario) 20160326 - St. Mark's Square
Dinner on the plaza next to the stage with musical trio that appeared three times in the course of a leisurely meal. Escaped from conference at Four Seasons, when concentration lost after 9.5 hours of sessions. Walked from The Linq to The Wynn Resort, noting the signature scents at each property. (Mercato Della Pescheria, St. Mark's Square, Venetian Resort, Las Vegas, Nevada) 20161023 - St. Matthews Church, Riverdale

Ophthalmological surgeon @StMikesHospital with model of eye, explaining posterior capsule opacification that was causing haziness in the left eye, following surgery for a trauma-induced cataract repaired in 2006. Performed YAG laser capsulotomy to open up an aperture through epithelial cells proliferating towards the visual axis. Procedure was painless, with a minor sensation of hearing clicking inside my head, when the laser was on. Preparation took a few years, working through prescription eye drop variants that would eventually reduce eye pressure. (St. Michael's Hospital Eye Clinic, Queen Street East, Toronto, Ontario) 20180918 - St. Michael's Family Practice
Medical checkup says no weight gain in the 45 days since cast for Achilles tendon injury was put on.
