A painting in the museum that bears his name, M. K. Ciurlionis (1907) Spring was a contributor towards the symbolism and art nouveau moments, and a pioneer of abstract art in Europe. With the venue closing later on Thursdays, we arrived with an after-work crowd that might have come for the pianoi + drums concert at 5:30pm.
